No. The anus is a segment of the large intestine. The large intestine is part of the gastrointestinal tract. This system is not connected to the reproductive organs in any way. As long as you didn't get any sperm near her vaginal opening, there is absolutely no way she can get pregnant. Pregnancy cannot occur from the act of anal sex.

YOU CAN! If your having anal sex and you are in the doggie position, he pulls out and some seman happens to get close to (or drips into) your vagina. Or, when he's thrusting while climaxing, he inadvertently slips into the wrong hole for a second while his penis is covered in semen. You could get pregnant and get a UTI at the same time.

The bottom line is common sense. The above are not super common, but they can happen. Anal or otherwise, if his seman is in that general area, and you don't want to get pregnant, be carefull and take precautions. Best to use a condom for the anal portion, then dispose of the condom and make sure he washes.

An ounce of prevention may just prevent an unwanted bun in the oven.
