No, I can't. I haven't read enough about them to suggest one. Even if I could, I wouldn't. Trying to support someone else's thesis is like going to buy an outfit for someone who isn't your size, doesn't have good taste and insists that everything match.
Read about the BPP. Find someone who knew one or had an opinion "back in the day." Watch old news footage. Take one of those ideas about their importance or lack of importance or their tactics and then look for information that supports it or refutes it.

A thesis statement is ... simply the combination of your subject, in this case the Black Panthers, and an opinion, for example, they were great, awful, caused more destruction than benefits, they were counter-productive, etc.

Well what is the paper going to be about? What are you going to want to argue? Do you have proof of those arguments? Don't just ask for a thesis statment make one of your own pertaining to your paper.

Your thesis should center around the information about which you plan to write. It's hard to use someone else's thesis for your writing.
