First you need to get some counseling! Talk to your minister or pastor or someone else not close to you that you trust very much, but are not in a close relationship with(there are a few exceptions). Share with him or her what you have done, this is very important, otherwise you may end up in a world of misery, always having that secret. If you think you will not do it again just by hiding the scars you are very wrong.
You may have an acute emotional disorder(not mental illness) that you need to examine or have examined. The worst thing you can do is try to hide it.
If you are in a very strong community within your church, that would be the first place I would look for help. They will not judge you as the public would.
It makes me very sad to see someone else with the same affliction I had a teen, but I finally sought help and I am no longer ashamed of my scars.
Please seek help!

Say you were outside pulling weeds in the garden or that you got caught in a rose bush or you fell off your bike (or whatever) and landed in a patch of wild roses or a thorny bush. Or you chased your pet into the woods and got scratched up. I get scratches all over my arms and legs when I do yard work around roses or bushes...just a suggestion. Glad you are not going to do it again! They will heal and be forgotten soon!

Please talk to your youth pastor about this. We are dealing with a few young girls in church that are also cutters. I was a cutter before I have ever heard of cutting. (15 years ago)
You need to clean the wounds so that they do not get infected. Do not use make up.
Please pray and ask God to show you some one that you can talk to.

I would hide it in a closet with the door securely closed. Remain in the dark and search your soul (and you head while you're at it) for reasons why you should or should not do such a thing. Then confess this to your closest friend or relative and get help.

Buy arm bands and wear them or buy medical gause (ace bandage wrap) and wrap them up. They make skin colored bandages now that wont be so obvious. Hope it dosent happen again. Its not good. After awhile people will start to ask questions.

Don't cut anymore. It will ruin your life. You say you will never do it again, thats a good thing cuz its a VERY hard habit to quit. Good luck

Make up a lie of how you got cut and like everyone said, DON'T DO IT! It's gross and unnatural.
