How do you delete a non-active x control add on?

I have an add on causing pop ups, which my pop up blocker is not stopping, and if I disable the add on, it enables itself back in a few minuites.

no probs...next time even as u click on any video ,ur browser indicators u to receive ActiveX controls.. then basically click on it.thats it. u no want pass to adobe web site n receive it manually.... no probs...each and every of the acceptable!
