coz of the huge love of the girl to her father, she see only his +ve points, and also coz the woman personalty wants a loving partner as her father loves her

I think most people who say this mean that a woman is seeking a romantic interest who will exert the type of control, influence and protection that one would expect from a father.
As for why this happens, it's hard to generalize an answer. Some probably have anxiety if they don't feel protected and provided for.

If Your looking for a Father figure, then You are looking for someone to imitate as a strong adult who places reason over emotion and others over themself.
Fathers have historically been the ones wo provided the strongest discipline, pushed kids the hardest, taught the "tough" lessons of life, and were willing to either help others make tough decisions or make the tough decisions for other people...
