I looked everywhere and I can't find it. I slept with it by me last night and this morning it was gone

call your cell phone.
you'll be able to track it down by hearing it ring or vibrate.

Finding it should be simple, if all that happened was something like you knocked it off of the nightstand in your sleep. Just get to a landline and call your cell number, or have a friend call your phone. Then track it down by listening for your ringtone.
