can ppl under 18 use breast enhancer cream?

my friend is like totally obsessed w/ her boobs and she's always asking me this!

If cream really worked women would not be going under the knife to get bigger breasts.

Women grow in the breast until their 20's so she should stop worrying about her breast size and love her body as it is.

Guys like ALL sizes and most guys I know do NOT like the feel of implants.
