ok... simple chain rule... For y = 4sin²x,

dy/dx = 4*2*sin(x)*cos(x) = 8sinx*cosx

Enjoy.

Dx( 4sin^2 (x))
take out the 4
4[ 2sin^1(x) times Dx(sin x) time Dx(x)
4[2sin(x) times cosx times 1

8sin(x)cos(x)
^^ thats your answer

f (x) = 4.(sin x)²
f `(x) = (8.sin x).cos x
f `(x) = 4.(2 sinx.cos x)
f `(x) = 4.sin 2x
