have interner connection but the admin allow the usage of outlook only how can i make browsing ??
I can't make anything just sending and receiving email by outlook express ??? any idea how can i use browser?

start, right click my computer, manage, go to local computer users and groups, go to administrators, right click an acct and reset the password..then log off/on with that acct and then try your browser..

It sounds like the system administrator allows ONLY Outlook as an e mail client and you want to use a browser instead and the system administrator has blocked this.

You have a few choices:

1. Ask the system administrator for approval to do what you want. He will want to know why you won't follow the standards set up already. Of course if this is not for legitimate business you may find yourself in a career limiting move (or worse).
2. Use a browser on your own pc at home on your own ISP

Umm... get over it... you're obviously not supposed to be using the browser, so you can't - assuming this is at your work place, trying to do this even though your not supposed to is a GREAT way to get fired!!

Try>L click START>Internet Explorer.This should get you MSN.
