i want to know when you down load files on the internet can you put on a cd instead of the computer ? i want to install the proagam on anthor computer that has no internet. how if yes and why if no.

Yes absolutely,
To do this, download the file to your desktop folder. Once download is complete, put a cd in the drive.
Windows XP should ask you what you want to do, and one option will be open a writable folder click it.
Then copy the file by highlighting it and clicking Ctrl+C, then going into the new folder that windows opened up and press Ctrl+V (or paste).
Now on the left pane of the folder, you will see an option that says write these files to disk, click there and follow the menu by clicking next untill done.

Easy. go out and get a USB flash drive
download directly to the fash drive take it to the other computer and install
A 1 GB flash drive is around $30 and you can use it over and over
