Viagra is a medicine that helps with erections helping the penis fill up with blood to ensure this. Now, in a woman, there is no penis but there is a clitoris which is the female version and this gets engorged with blood with the use of Viagra before sex. Has been used by doctors to treat women who get no pleasure from sex in an effort to make it more enjoyable for them.

I took it once just for fun. I thought things seemed more intense, but didn't feel too different. I was bored one night and parting with friends. It was definately good, but I don't think that was because of the viagra ;-)
