Crafters always try to make their own pieves as opposed to assembling store bought things. that's what makes us crafters.
Old postcards are sometimes less than a dollar in antique shops. You could find some you like, scan them into your computer, reduce the size and print them on card stock.

try your nearest post card collector their are plenty about or a second hand shops
