Well, you can get a better wireless card. Most computers have wireless b/g, but the latest is draft n. You can purchase a wireless card that is 802.11 b/g/n, and I guarantee that it will improve your connection. But other things can affect wireless signals. Glass gives the most interfierence. Try to remove any glass thats in the way.
Try this web page:

Not legally; the Wi Fi uses unlicensed radio frequency. You would have to have a more sensitive antena to receive their broadcast (which is not illegal). You need to broadcast back to them as well and this signal from your unit to their access point has to be boosted which is illegal.
I know of no devices that do it.
You will need to subscribe to a service.

wireless hotspot in smartphones is basically using your cellular telephone to transmit the web on your different instruments (ipod contact, computer, pcs, and so on) so as that your instruments can get the web. there's a month-to-month fee for this provider by your cellular telephone company. no longer all cell phones can transmit the web to different instruments. in ordinary words some smartphones have this ability.
