Does a 1996 kmx200 have a main crank case gasket?

I thought so myself.I just bought a gasket set without a main crank gasket on ebay and the seller said that kawasaki sealed it with sealent whick i know is not right.

No, it should be sealed with Kawasaki Bond. You can get it at any Kawasaki dealer, Honda and Yamaha also make a sealant for case halves. I know Honda calls theirs Honda Bond, I don't know about the name for Yamaha's. If you try to make a gasket you will have a nightmare as this will change the clearences in the engine, the case was cast and machined as a unit and never had a gasket new so adding one will add clearence on the crank endplay and transmission shaft causing a noisy engine and potential failure.

A dealership probably won't give you the right answer. They'll want you to bring it in to their service department, so that'll be big bucks. Go to your library, and ask for a factory repair manual. Ours lets us check them out for a 10.00 deposit that we get back when we return the manual. You should find your answer there.
