Santana; he may be 6-6, but he just hasn't been getting run support in games. I mean come on, he averages 2.6 points in run support his last seven games. How tough can that be on a pitcher?
But, if you want overrall on stats and records, I'd say Josh beckett is doing best.

This season, I think that its CC Sabathia or Justin Verlander, or Josh Beckett, but career-wise,I think it's Roy Halladay or Santana, and maybe Jake Peavy

Santana...right now he is the best pitcher in the game and has been for the last 4 or 5 years. He is the most consistent of thosse listed...Smoltz has done it forever but right now he's at the tail end of his career, while Santana is in his prime.

So far this year it's actually one you don't have on your list; Dan Haren of Oakland.
Lowest ERA and Whip out of everyone. Run support doesn't matter in these stats but he also has 7 wins.
Peavy would easily be the pick out of your list. Same reasoning. Lowest ERA (1.97) and Whip (1.02) by far. He also has a ton of Ks (95).
Santana doesn't even compare right now. 3.24 ERA and 1.10 Whip although he does have 96 Ks.
Career wise so far: Smolthz
Career wise when they are all done: Maybe Santana; he certainly has the talent.

Santana, than Peavy. Webb is better than at least half the guys you listed, though.

You need look no further than Santana, he is the best and most consistent pitcher in MLB today, and he is only going to get better. Since there are no Dodgers on your list I think I am being objective.
