This simply means you must apply for the job in person only. Meaning you must physicllay go to the place to apply. You cannot do it on line or by fax.

It means that you should go to the company's office or factory and ask for an application. Actually go there, rather than call or email. Then you can probably fill out the application there and maybe get an interview right away. Depends on their process.

apply in person means go into the business and apply in person. not call not write go in through their front door and apply.
