Depends on how well u know them, I would say. It's more cozy and personal in a picnic setting. If ur relaxed and since it's almost summertime, that'd be nice. But the restaurant may be in more control of weather issues to arise or uninvited guest...i.e. bugs. I'd pick the restaurant, you always have the chance for a 2nd date at the park. Have fun on ur date!

I think I would personally choose the park, but only if I kind of had a good feel of the person. If it was a blind date I would keep it where I was more in the public eye, girls can't be too careful =0)

eating position for me. both are astounding, yet a first date might want to be adequate rigidity by itself, and having a backdrop of different conversations and the hustle and bustle can make pauses in communication a lot less noticable. save the picnic for a destiny date...its extra interesting once you could kiss slightly contained in the park!
