waking up in his arms...or just being able to do the things I would like,simple things that I dont get to do

I’ve always wanted to get up at 5 in the morning and go running in the park...and just run and run and run......i’ave heard its beautiful at that time and its amazing for health but lazy old me... I’ave never been able to do that... but I do yoga after 12 when I wake up...not the same thing though =)!!

I would love to have an hour each day over lunch to do nothing more than read and relax by a mountain stream with my feet dangling in the water.
I love the sound of brooks, the sounds of nature, and the feel of grass and water on my toes...
It relaxes me.

wake up 5 am every morning for yoga and sun salutations outside on my patio for one hour. Before anyone else awakes in the house. it is the 5 am part that is a tough one.

wake up at 6 am, get ready before kids wake up and have breakfast ready for them. Play with kids until they get tired, feed em lunch and clean the house while they nap. kids get up and play some more w/ me, kids help me make dinner eat dinner, go for long walk or bike ride w/ kids, give kids hot bath and milk and cookie, kids go to bed, me hot bath and milk and cookie and go to bed too.
This has NEVER happened correctly.

nothing, I have experienced every ritual I have desired so far, I may not be able to do them everyday but I have done them

Yoga. Nothing relaxes me more but if I did it everyday, I'd sleep less.

Meditation helps me a lot.
I cannot practice it every day.
