It's just an irrational way to show that he's not right for the job. When you can't find a reason not to like someone, you start making low blows. I don't support him or his politics, but using his name as a weapon is just silly.

They don't really care. Some people are conservatives or racist or pro-Clinton, and whenever they cannot come up with a good argument against one of his policies or stances on the issues, they will take whatever lame excuse they can come up with to attack him and make him look bad. That said, the same holds true to other candidates, liberal AND conservative. When people stop talking about their stances on the issues, it usually is a good sign that they actually know what they are talking about.

umm probably because he is under a lens all the time these very poeple on here would love to see him break out and say black power or death to caucasians or somthing ingorant like that. the truth is america was made for white people to lead. its kind of ironic that they came here to escape the closed minded english at that time, their thoughts were so open minded to them. even when they try to distant themselves from the thoughts of ancestors, they fail to realize is that there the same thoughts but with a little moral and time fitting evolution.

Because they're afraid of being called racist if they come right out and say they don't like him because he's black.

To be fair, it's hard to fault him on policy, because he hasn't really proposed much. An elegant and charismatic speaker would certainly be a welcome change in the white house, but he hasn't spent much time yet outlining his goals or how he intends to go about them. It's not really a problem yet, because there's plenty of time left in the campaign for that, but that's why they've zeroed in on his middle name.

Why do people care about Paris Hilton?
Why do people care about Anna Nicole Smith?
Why do people care about Hillary Clinton?

Because these people have THRUST themselves into our faces on a daily basis for their own self-gratification.

Petty hatred and the " fear" factor. They know small people have small minds and they would use his middle name to strike fear and intimate that his middle name means he is evil. You know it because we see it all the time in the forum.
