I want very much a pocket size copy of the US constitution, preable and bill of rights, to include the amendments to date. I would just print it off, but I cannot afford the money it would cost in ink! I live on a limited disability budget. Any guidence would be outstanding and I thank you in advance!

I will tell you how to handle this problem. Just download the information on to a zip drive or disk and take it to the public library and print the information for free.

The only way I can think of getting a copy of it cheaply would be to go to a library and finding a book with the Constitution and bill of Rights and all that in it and then copying it on the copier. But even then it isn't free it will cost something like $0.10 and I don't know how you could possibly get the constitution or bill of rights pocket sized but maybe if you folded the paper it would be.

I live in the USA, which is a place that will send you tax payers money every month if you cannot afford to properly care for your children. The reason they do this is because it's "all about the kids" and it is cruel to allow children to starve, suffer without medical care, etc. There is no program to help people who cannot afford their pets. It is equally cruel to do this to animals. Where my personal beliefs are that if you can't afford children, use birth control and stop relying on tax payers, there's not really much I can do about that as the USA will never stop supporting these people. However, I can help prevent people from abusing/neglecting their pets by reporting people whom are not feeding ot providing medical care for their pets. With all of that said, back when my husband and I were first married, we were so broke. Broker than broke. LOL We barely made enough to pay our bills. I had two cats. One of them was incredibly healthy and the other one had issue after issue, requiring several surgeries in her short 7 year life. What did I do? Got a second job at a gas station and worked it out with my vet that I could make weekly payments. Because I was responsible and always made the payments when I said I would, they continued allowing me to have procedures done at their office and paying later. The reason why many vets don't allow this is because they get ripped off quite often.

Of course, these documents are all available on-line.

You might try the League of Women voters for getting a printed copy. Or your Congressman.
