Private school education or public school education?

private..learned more...and higher % of them go to better colleges..just my opinion
ps that girl with public education said "skool"
I also had a public education as well as private..still choose private

Private at least for the first 5-8yrs. Then public high school is fine. That's how I was brought up and I have a good education, respected adults and authority, went to college. I did feel that public high school was a joke.

I say Public School, I personally feel like it doesn't matter because it's all about what the child puts into it and how involved the parents are. So why pay all that money for Private.

I've got no stats, but 3 families I know use the private religious schools. They all report smaller class sizes & the ratio of students to services was much more favourable than they had found in public school. Now, one of the 3, is having issues with English & the kids as it's not the primary language in their school, but apparently the school is adapting to solve this issue.

I say public (I went to public school and turned out just fine), but now that I'm an adult where I live it's almost the same. Public school isn't free . . .

I went to public school, but I really wish I had been challenged more... acutally I take that back. I wish I had been challenged less. That way when I started at a state college I might have finally had something to think about...

i went to private. they say it's better than the public, but private has it problems too

I work for a public school, so you know what I am for .....public school education ---all the way !!!!!
