i need help on pokemon sapphire i got rid of my dig but now i need it what do i do also deoxys jarachi or rare pokemon other than raquaza kyogre

Deoxys is an event only pokemon
jirachi is obtainable with the bonus disk when you preordered pokemon colosseum
About your dig problem, get another pokemon that can learn dig naturally.
You will need dig to get one of the legendaries regis. Don't remember which.

i dont understand ur 2d part of ur question. On the first part u cant get it back only if u didnt save it. you can turn it off and get ur dig back. and do u mean how do u get those legendaries? if so this is the answer. To get deoxis u must talk to a guy near the window in singapore city or something. he will say if he sees mirage island.
