I weighed in at 246, 25 min stairstepper, 20 on the treadmill, 15 minutes on u.b.d., 15 on stretching. Drank only about two cups of water.
Weighed OUT at 250. WTF?!?! At this rate, in ten days, I'll weigh 290!!!

The point is... that within about an hours time, I gained four pounds while I was exercising.... exponentially projected it ten days.... fourty pounds, plus what I weighed out at (250) = 290.

If I was you, I'd just sit on the couch and eat chips and dip.

I'd say yes, it's a waste of money. Just buy an exercise bike and use it while watching tv. Eventually you'll lose weight.

if you really want ot lose weight- consider your eating habits as well as your workout routine. change it up if you need to.
