It's all about timing.

Used: End of the schoolyear at a major university. The graduating students will sell their mopeds/scooters really cheap.

New: End of August. The dealers are trying to clear out last year's models to make room for next year's models.

go to walmart, they sell mops for under $3. By the way you spelled MOP wrong.. jesus christ I can not believe the learning scales that kids these days have to face in school. When i was in school, I learned how to spell MOP at the age of 6

well, on ebay there is this one lady who is selling brand new ones, 4 stroke (quieter and dont make you smell like fuel), about 90 miles per gallon and goes 60mph. and she is selling them directly for somewhere between $750 and $900. my dad is getting one, it should be coming some time today actually.
