Then just stop. Delete his number, refuse to answer ANY of his calls or emails (there are ways to refuse numbers and emails), and just stop. The question is, if you haven't already done this, perhaps there is something in you that enjoys the constant puruit and attention?

You didn't say what he wants to talk about. If its about continuing the relationship you should tell him you're sorry, but you have made a decision and its not open to discussion.
