I have just traded a Lv 18 Monferno for a Lv 47 Palkia.Do you think I ripped him off?

He really wanted it!

I got a Groudon for a lv 26 lucario
Kyogre for a lv 11 mudkip

Almost got a palkia for a magikarp.
his/her decision to trade them like that.

No i think you got ripped off because you can only get a monferno by starting a new game or trading. Anyone can get a Palkia if they have Pearl. Plus Palkias are easy to catch. But if you have Diamond then it's a good trade.

i do not think so because he wanted it and you can always trade the dialga for a higher level apeferno
