Do you get car or boat sick? Chances are that even if you do, you will not get airsick as most flights are very smooth. If you don't get sick on a boat, you will not on a plane no matter how rough it is.

If you are scared you might, you can take one (instead of two) motion sickness pills an hour before you get on the plane. that one pill will do the job and last the entire flight. However if you really do get car and boat sick easily, then take two and again half way though the flight. If you wait to take the pills till it gets rough on the plane, that is too late. Those pills take at least 30 minutes to start working. Keep in mind that most of them will make you drowsy, if you don't want that take the non-drowsy kind.

Take a package of motion sickness meds on the plane with you if you feel even a little queasy take them as directed.
They are at the pharmacy no prescription needed. Even if your not prone to motion sickness it is nice to have with you just in case you hit turbulence.
I hit 4 hours of turbulence over Hawaii and I was glad to have them with me and I am not prone to motion sickness
