My daughter looked as if she had really bad acne too, I changed her formula and it cleared up right away. If you are bottle feeding check if it flairs up at feeds.

It's not acne. All baby's go through it. I don't know what the correct name for it is but, it has something to do with them getting their new skin, if that makes any sense. I don't think there is anything that you can do about it, but I do know that it eventually goes away. Contact the baby's pediatrician just to be on the safe side.

Up until now the baby's body has been regulated by your hormones. Now its body is working on its own and your hormones are getting out of its system.
My girl still gets a pimple or two every so often, but just wiping her face down with a soft warm moist cloth several times a day really helped.

It's caused by a couple different things. One is your hormones still circulating through her body and also by her getting "comfortable" in her own skin. It can also be from being too warm all the time. My little girl is almost six months and still gets has a pimple or two on her cheeks. My pediatrician said not to worry, so I'm not. :)

Totally normal. It's just hormones and it will go away on it's own. I've read that sometimes it will stay up until 4-6 months of age.
