If you are true fan you root for the team not the players. Players come and go but teams stay(talking about yankees and red sox). If you change teams because players change sides then you are not a true fan. just a thought

I would still root for the Red Sox. its not really the players that I hate on the Yankees its Steinbrenner.

Highly unlikely, but I would still root for the Red Sox. Why? Because I love the Red Sox. I still want Johnny in center instead of Coco, but I root for him because he's a Red Sox, and I just <3 the Red Sox.

precisely what i attempt to assert. Plus, the celebrities the Yankees have r from the farm equipment. Jeter, Rivera, Cano. they even have the greater youthful expertise, in Cabrera, and Philip Hughes. If u seem on the AAA and AA stats, the Yankees FS adult males lead approximately each catergory. The pink Sucks are not even on the checklist. It shows the Yankees have homegrown gamers, and that they are no longer a million/2 undesirable. The pink Sucks can no longer even breed a good participant.

You stick with your team, if that was the case you'de be changing teams all the time, I was a big Nomar fan, and i still like to see how he is doing but i don't cheer for the dodgers. I will always be a red sox fan.

I'm sticking with my Red Sox. Players come and go, but the fans should stay dedicated to the team. REAL fans, that is.

it happens little by little each year anyway, but cheering for the evil empire would ...well it's just wrong to ever cheer for the yankees...true Sox fans stick with one team whether we are 9 games up or 30 games out....

Just look at Johnny Damon --- did any Red Sox fans begin cheering for the Yankees? No way.
You have to be true to your team. Players come and go - we love them - but you stay with your team.
