I have a 1997 Ford Explorer and the back driver side door does not open from the inside or from the outside, any ideas on how I would be able to get this door open. I need to take the panel off the door to look inside but just cant figure out what to do

You may have to either break some plastic or take the front fender off to unbolt the door or you can just take it to the shop.

Take it to a good body shop, they should be able to fix it.
Be cheaper than going to a dealership.
Might just be the linkages or the plastic connections on the ends of the linkages.
