anyone know how long it takes to drive from Athens airport to Mani?

Distance is about 260-340km depending on where you have to be on Mani, and if you mean Athens city or Athens airport.
It will take you close to 5 hours for the longest distance.. and that does not include remote Mani destinations like the Cape.. Just back from Mani myself; see my pictures:

I do hope you mean Mani Pelloponiso, about 4 hours, and that depends what part of Mani you are going too, have a great time and gia sou!
