YES! I have had that before. I pitched a nerve or something in the night, and lost all feeling and functionality in my arm altogether. It hurts.

HAHAH NO BUT ME AND MY FRIEND WERE ASLEEP IN THE BACK OF A CAR ONE TIME ON THE WAY HOME FROM THE BEACH, AND HIS ARM WAS UP AND WE HIT A BUMP AND HIS ARM CAME DOWN AND SLAPPED ME IN THA FACE REALLY HARD, IT WAS PRETTY FUNNY, I WISH IT WAS MY OWN ARM THOUGH

Nope.... that thankfully has never happened to me, but my Bro' is married and he walks, talks, everything in sleep, I know he gave his wife black eye whilst he 'stated' he was asleep......I bet he was not really asleep...lol
think she should keep an eye open when trying to sleep by him.

how could you move your arm if it was asleep??
I've woken up screaming because my arm was asleep so it felt like someone else's arm touching my body. That happened about 20 years ago

no, that hasn't happened to me...but once i was up really late, writing a paper, and from out of nowhere, a crazed man-eating carrot jumped up on my bed and tried to eat me! when i got it to back off it realized i was the wrong person, and asked for directions to my brother's room....
