most time i forget then i have double trash the next week.

my husband is responsible for the trash so he puts it out in the morning or if I nag him the night before.

It's suppose to be curb side by 5:00 am on the day of pick up, so I put it out the night before

I put out whenever the wife asks me to. She loves it when I put out...Night or day doesn't matter...the trash that is ;)
