I will explain to you, the sying Living for today is okay but i call it living for now, if we worry about the future which is not here than we waste our lives in this, if we harp on the past then we cannot move on until that has been dealt with, Living for the now is what happens around you at that moment in time miss this and you will never see it again so what i will say to you is Enjoy the now, not an hour later but now, and do this from now on and you will see a differant life open up before you, stress is what we make ourselves, we are in control of it if we want to, why worry about a bill or missing something etc, its only time and if you live for the now this wont happen believe me, it does take practice but worth while.
I was like most people until i took up a course to learn more and tell others, now no looking back.

Taking each day as it comes means to not let past or future interfere with what is happening in your life today. The past is gone and can't be changed, the future is not here yet so we cannot control it. What we can control is how we feel and handle things this day. I try to look at what I have to do today and what is important on this day only. Tomorrow I'll deal with what comes my way. Focusing on the here and now helps to keep away the stresses of yesterday or the things we have to take care of tomorrow. It takes practice to live this way but it is worth the effort.

"Take each day as it comes" means that you should just deal with problems in life as they arise. The saying suggests that you shouldn't worry too much right now about problems that existed in the past or that might come up in the future, as the future is unpredictable and the past can't be changed. Just deal with today's challenges.
Coping with pressure and stress depends on what kind of pressure and stress you are talking about. Is it related to your job? Your schedule? Is it your social life? Is it psychological? Are you having family problems?
All I can really say is that writing things down works for a lot of people. If you are having trouble keeping up with tasks you have to do for a job, keep a calendar or a list of tasks and record everything you have to do, crossing things off as you finish them. If you are having emotional problems or problems with your friends, keep a diary.
By putting things down on paper, you will be able to release them from your mind, which is a big relief from having to think about them all the time. Writing helps to get your thoughts organized, and you will be better able to determine what you need to do about them.
I hope that helps!

i can relate to you. but i supose they mean that you should only worry about what is in front of you, if theres anything there at all. don't worry about what will happen in three weeks time and what you'll have to do about it. Coping with stress is a personal thing. some people drink, others do yoga. i go for a drive, or eat, or cry depending on how overwhelmed i am. find something that calms you. music is great because you can listen to it no matter where you are.

It means to stop worrying about tomorrow and the day after and the day after but rather focus on now and today.
I eased up a lot by realizing that stuff I thought really mattered and I was stressign about really didnt. For example I have a big old pile of laundry to be done. I'll get to it eventually, in the meantime I usually only get to a load or two. Are my clothes all clean...no....do I have enough to wear...yup. And that's good enough. It's a basic example, but really most stuff just doesn't matter.

It means BE in the moment. Pressure and stress usually comes from thinking about the past or anticipating the future. People are happier and more effective if they can exist and appreciate the moment they are already in.

it means this is the only day you have to live today! you cant hoard regrets in this day, as you wont be able to function ,so cant look back, cant project either, tomorrow hasnt arrived and worrying about it wont change it. if you let go of any resentments and pain from the past and sleep with peace of mind and awake into a new day, doing all you can in that one day, being honest to "yourself" and keeping your mind in perspective. we only have the day we live in to deal with lifes problems.12 hours in one go is enough for anyone.give to life what you expect from it. x

each day has its own delimmas. to be ready for tomorrow, you have to cope for today. as i said, each day has its own battles. look for something good for that day. one thing that i always keep in mind is that someone has it worse. that doesnt mean that urs is not as bad, but people always have it bad. you just have to find your won way to cope with it. it will come to you... you just have to discover it.
