also i am talking about the 60gb ps3 and the xbox 360 pro which will be better in the long run like better games better graphics things like that

There's absolutely no comparison.
You're talking about the xbox360 which has standard graphics (TV resolution) no HD compatibility (no, the HD cable doesn't make it HD, just makes it plug into HD ports) no wireless unless you buy something extra, have to pay for internet usage and even then it's only what microsoft wants you to see, no wifi, no rechargable joysticks, no graphics control, max 4 players and that's with 2 analog plugs and 2 wireless controls instead of 8 built-in with the PS3, etc etc etc etc.
You're really not making it fair to compare the 360 with the PS3. They're much different technologies. The 360 is just a faster, better version of the xbox. That's it. The PS3 is the next-generation of gaming. It has the whole emotion chip, the new graphics compatibility (can plug it into a HD TV and actually PLAY HD graphics.. which looks incredible on a 60" screen) you have the blue-ray player which costs $1,000 on it's own.. true 6:1 sound (prologic), etc.
Granted, the 360 came out first so it has a bigger following. But anyone saying the 360 is better is either truly ignorant (in which case they shouldn't have said anything) or they are mad because they didn't wait ;)

I think that the 360 is a better deal in the long run. It's graphics are almost if not as good as the PS3. Plus it'll have way more game selection then the PS3 ever will, with the exclusive Xbox only games like the Halo series. So, i suggesst that you invest in the 360, cause it owns the PS3--in my opinion.

Xbox 360 is better then the PS3 although the PS3 has better grapics thats about it now the xbox is 200 dollors less then the PS3 and since the xbox has been out for a year it has a wider verity of games and you can also download content on the xbox like old school arcade games and game demos so you can preveiw the game before you buy it also with the upcomeing release of halo3 the xbox is the better console

Most likely Xbox 360 because the creator of the PS3 is losing money for every ps3 it makes. Also, the game variety is very low and the 360 has a wide variety of great and awesome games. I don't think PS3 will survive. The PS2 is alot better I say, since alot of great games are on it.

Ps3 simply because the effects of the xbox like the 'red ring of death' but if you want something for live, Choose the 360 as if you're playing on a game on the ps3 and you get a message it pops up on the screen and it dosnt pause you're game, Overall in the long run the Ps3,
