what is the brand of your router? Some routers will ask you to seperate every two digits with a space. Example. if you want to put the following password:
1122334455
you will have to do it this way
11 22 33 44 55
However in the network key space in your PC, you may enter it normal without spaces. I hope this helps.

It needs to be 10 characters long, using only the numbers from 0-9 and the letters a-f. You're probably entering one that is either too short or too long, or contains an illegal letter.

try your service providers website its not a 10 digit number its a mix of nums and letters and its 26 digits
