What are issues that we can all agree on that need to be fixed?

I'm gonna list some that I think we can all agree on. Give me a yes or no and list anymore if you can think of them.

Labeling all human consumables with country of origin food labels. Imports from China have been shown to be less safe than imports from any other country. I think we have a right as consumer to know where our food/drugs are coming from.

Reform Social Security

Overhaul the tax Code

Stop Immenant Domain laws from being used by private coorportions to take over private property.

Oh I almost forgot, fix our borders.

Eminent domain abuse? Until the Supreme Court overturns their ruling, we will have more of the same.
Secure the damn border, absolutely. Until that's done, homeland security is a bad joke.

I don't think it's seeing the problems, it's more of a difficulty in how we should go about fixing them that is causing so much rancor around the US.

I have a solution to the health care and immigration problems.

Canada already has socialized medicine.

We sell the USA to Canada for $5 Trillion

We buy Mexico for $5 million

That gives a very small border to patrol in along South America.

All the health care issues go to Canada.

Mexico is part of Canada now, so we eliminated 2 borders to patrol.

Canada has to patrol the shorter border south of Mexico,

I get the $4.999995 trillion change left over from the sale to Canada.

There, illegal immigration and health care problems are solved. Everyone is happy.

I like all of your ideas, but I think we need to add a couple:

*We need Socialized Medicine
*Something needs to be done about the fact that we can only use gasoline in our automobiles, etc.
*Voting machines in every state need to be the same, need to leave a verifiable paper trail and fraud must be prosecuted
*And it would be so nice to get rid of these people who cover up crap in government

I see every one of these as problems that need fixing. I'm also convinced that terms limits need to be addressed as well. That would solve a lot of the 'bought and paid for' shenanigans that are going on.
