Who can sing better. I KNOW Rihanna can sing better. Because when Ciara was at the BET Aawards when she 1st came out she sounded a HOT MESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND SHE STILL CAN'T SING. !!!!!!Thatz my OPINION

i think both do good and bad at times. And your right Ciara does win great awards but i still think that she can do better and with Rihanna sometimes her songs get on my nevers but its only every now and then. So the truth is I really dont know.

I totally like Rihanna better. She is a WAY WAY better singer, and I so agree. It's so stupid. But Ciara had a few good songs (my goodies, one two step, etc.), and still Rihanna has more (break it off, S.O.S., Pon De Replay, etc.). I seriously think that Ciara might be in the wrong businessâºâ»â¥â»âº

i say rihanna b/c ciara tries her best 2 copy aaliyah and people say rihanna copy beyonce but if u look real cose at all of the videos ciara came out with u would see it similar to aaliyah videos.
