Yes, many are scams. I know of one that is not though. I am a writer but I spend most of my time answering questions here because I get paid to surf the net. No, really I'm serious. It's unbelievable but true, there is a company that pays people for just surfing the net, you don't have to buy, click on anything or fill out a survey. They simply collect money from companies like Google and Yahoo and pay it back to (you) it's members. Pretty cool, see what you think http://applearts.com/payday?now
Hope this helps, take care.

Yes, I'd say almost ALL are scams. To make money you need to put A LOT of work into them and in the end it's just easier to have a regular job at Taco Bell or whatever.
I think the best way to make money online is to provide a service that no one else does (selling stuff), or having a popular page that serves ads to visitors, or joining a program like The My Game Space Program ( http://mygamespaceprogram.com ) that pays a percentage of customers you send to a company (in this case games).

Yes. In the brick and mortar world over 90% of all businesses started 10 years ago failed. What would make the online world any different?
These "make money online scams" play on the same people's emotions as Casinos and lottery. People want to take the easy way out and sure enough other people are willing to make them believe earning money is easy.
Going to college and working hard or risking everything to start a business is hard.

Hi! I am a single mom of 2 girls. My youngest is disabled so I work from home. You can make extra money doing surveys (I only recommend 2 companies), writing, completing offers, and reading ads. There are so many different ways, but you do have to know which programs are legit or you waste a lot of time. I put all the legit ones on my blogs to help others out. You can check them out buy clicking on my profile. I hope this helps! Alicia

Jobs- 99% are. Business opportunities- some are, some are not. That's why it is so important to do your homework- stick with reputable organizations, check the BBB, if they are public even better. The more the company is scrutinized the better.
I found a business that I love! I was presented with the opportunity, did my research, good company, trends are right, and went for it. Boy am I glad. If you are open to the idea of owning your own on line business let me know.

Unfortunately, yes. For those that might be legitimate, expect to pay big bucks for them. A good choice is to have your own website and to be paid for hits to go to other websites.
