Recycle, reuse and compost. I make logs to burn in the winter out of my daily newspapers. I make my own compost for my garden. I try to keep lights, computers and monitors off when not using them. I dry my clothes outside on a clothesline in the summer and on a hanging and drying rack in the winter. I grow a garden so that I don't have to worry about buying so much produce that has to be shipped in to my local grocery store ...... and .... I NEVER SHOP AT WAL MART!

Crikey Lulu, this has made me smile :-) In the winter, whenever I have a bath, I don't let the water out/rinse it, 'till next morning......my reasoning being, why shove all that heat/hot water down the sewers? let the heat stay in my cottage, waters cold in the morning, then I let it go :-) How green, or sad, is that! lol
