Which of the two has whiter, softer sand, cleaner water and a better beach bar scene in early summer?

Panama beach hands down, no contest...the beachs in the carolinas (i've only been to myrtle and hilton head) and kind brownish greyish sand, nothing like the white sand of gulf coast beaches. Myrtle beach has a nice night life if you are a golfer (read strip clubs..lol), but for the party scene it is panama beach again for sure...

I could give the night life to Myrtle Beach,but for the beach and sand I have to go with Panama City Beach.
