No, because she is being housed in a special section of the jail that is reserved for celebrities, politicians, etc. She is in a cell alone and I'm sure they are keeping a close eye on her so that nothing happens to her. The other inmates don't have access to her.

I think if they take away her credit cards & her sidekick that will hurt her more than being physically injured :) hee hee
