I've tried strength training and light weights and everything else I can think of, but I'm just not very good at grappling. Are there any exercises I can do on my own to build the appropriate muscles? I can't afford a personal trainer, but there are some people I must defeat. For my honor, you know. ^_^ Any ideas?

You don't need a personal trainer for this... just a workout partner. It won't cost you any money at all. Lifting weights will help you get stronger and avoid injury. But to be a good grappler, the best training is to actually practice grappling.

Look for someone else in your school or local community who is interested in wrestling. You should be able to find them, because it's a popular sport.

Practicing live wrestling is more important than just gaining muscle because wrestling is also about your reflexes, your technique, learning how to use leverage against your opponent, and learning how to react to how your opponent moves.

9 out of 10 times, a weaker wrestler can defeat a stronger wrestler if s/he has better skills! And the only way to develop those skills is to actually practice wrestling. For some ideas, visit the official USA Wrestling website at www.themat.com. I find that to be a good resource.

All the best!

Well I wont be amazed if he requested this one. He maintains replacing his needs everytime Pacquiao softens his function to a few of them. Floyd says he's inclined to to provide a two week reduce off. When Pacquiao concurs in spite of of the truth that him and mosley had a reduce off for much longer than that, he alterations it to all of the manner as much as the battle. Pacquiao concurs to this, and now he's replacing this once more. If Pacquiao concurs what then? He will call for that blood be drawn out of him each circular simply to be certain his nook isn't giving him PEDs in among rounds?
