Typically the line will prime in 8-10 seconds, but lately it hasn't been able to fully prime and build adequate pressure. What might have gone wrong? I have thoroughly cleaned the machine and tried running warm water throught it so far.

I have the Wagner airless, I have one I bought on the job years ago that is still running, I use it to spray my apple trees now.

I had three on the job that I used full time. It sounds like your is building up pressure in the head. You may have to have this adjusted, you can't do it yourself, it has to be regulated by a dealer. Don't take it apart, I know you'll want to but, you'll screw it up.

Take it to a dealer where you live, they'll adjust it for you. It has to have something like 3000psi in the head to work right.
You can't do this without instruments and know how.

I have used the larger professional airless sparyers, and generally when they don't prime, it's because a packing in the pump is worn out and the unit won't hold pressure. I would take it to a service center and have them look at it to be sure, but that's what is sounds like to me.
