Going Dutch is a slang term that means that each person eating at a restaurant or paying admission for entertainment pays for himself or herself, rather than one person paying for everyone. It is also called Dutch date.
There is a delicate etiquette surrounding going Dutch. It may be accepted in some situations, such as between non-intimate friends or less affluent people, but considered stingy in other circumstances, such as on a romantic date or at a business lunch.
However, some restaurants require 1 bill for large groups - and specify a certain percentage over and above the total bill for "gratuity", usually 15 or 20%. In that case, we always choose the member of the group who had the least number of margaritas to figure each of our charges, including our share of the "gratuity".

I agree that if you're atheist then the word God/Zeus/Rah/Allah, etc is meaningless and has no effect unless you are a person that dislikes the inclusion of the word God into the American currency because of separation of church and state and so forth. I, on the other hand, do believe in God, and once in a while (especially when I'm at the laundromat :) ! I read what the coin says and yes, it reminds me that I do trust God. In and of itself it's simply part of the American heritage. Not all of that heritage is good, not all is bad. Not all applies to me either. It's just part of history, and as such I'm all right with that.
