First of all...you can leave the mase & body guard...LOL! Detroit has really changed in the past 7 yrs and in the heart of Detroit--I'll have you know it's VERY safe! :) I'm a season ticket holder and I've NEVER had a problem.
I bring: tickets, money (no outside drinks are allowed!), umbrella, sunscreen, camera, headache meds, sunglasses, pony-tail scrunchie, jacket & seat cushion (nvr can get enough padding;) Most importantly, don't forget your CHEERING VOICE!!!! :) Have fun, Comerica Park is gorgeous!!

1. Your ticket(s).
2. Money.
3. More money. MLB is a big business.
4. Depending on time of day and weather forecast, sunscreen and/or appropriate outerwear.
5. Bottle of water. Plastic, please. I don't think there's a park in the land who will refuse you a water bottle. (I prefer Aquafina because the wide mouth is easier to refill at a fountain.) Show you know your stuff by freezing it ahead of time and drinking the meltwater for well-chilled refreshment.
6. Camera and film (olde-style) or an empty flashcard (modern cool way). (ps. remember to charge the batteries.)
7. If you bring a cell phone and have seats where you might be on the gamecast, do NOT call friends at home and ask if they can see you. It's been done, it's been overdone, and others have done it better than you (for any value of "you").
8. If you're planning on trying for autographs, get there early, have a Sharpie or two (cards/pictures/yearbooks) or black-inked fountain pen (balls) and your to-be-signed materials ready. Know which players you are asking. Be polite, say thank-you. Use of feminine wiles to get a player's attention is fair game.
9. Some general sense of the rules and how the game is played greatly helps, but if you get confused, many neighboring fans will probably be willing to help explain things.
10. A supportive sign for your favorite team or player(s) if you must.
11. Your lunch or dinner in a SMALL cooler bag (if it doesn't fit under the seat, forget it), though each park has its own policy, so check ahead.
12. Even more money.

Money. You can't bring food into the park so bring money to pay for snacks. A sweatshirt in case it gets chilly(for a night game) or umbrella if the forecast calls for rain. A hat or visor it can get pretty sunny(day game).

First of all, you need to bring your wallet. You must buy food at your game. Here are some more things that you need---
1. Sunblock
2. Umbrella (if it is suppose to rain that day)
3. Baseball cap or some kind of hat
4. A camera
5. Bottles of water
6. Sunglasses
Thats all you need to enjoy yourself at a baseball game!

You have to bring a glove, and lots of money.
Binoculars, sweatshirt, unless they promise it will be 90.
Have a great time, there is nothing better than being at a ballpark.

You better bring either goalie protection or catcher protection. It's gonna be nasty. Oh, and a seat cushion if you are sensitive.
