First, you shouldn't have any clearcoat on your windows, someone didn't tape out the car like they should have. But, since you do have something on your windows, the best and easiest way to remove it is to scrape it off with some good sharp single edge straight razor blades. You can get some special holders for them too fairly cheaply to protect your hands. They won't hurt your glass any, just be careful around the edges where the moldings are.
Good luck.

Take it back to the paint shop and have them do it. If they won't, have them give you a small container of thinner for the clearcoat.
Worst case, go to a paint/hardware store and get something that will cut the clearcoat, but be very careful, because you can easily damage your new paint job.
Goof Off may also work and if you get it on the body, can probably wipe it off right away without damage.

extremely many times a cat will crawl below a automobile for the nice and comfy temperature of the engine, often times that's basically someplace to lie in watch for the birds.Cats are a regulation unto themselves, they sometimes pass extraordinarily immediately if the vehicle is probably to pass.
