I did a few times. But my boss knew I was exhausted because it was the busy season. He'd wake me up when a customer came in to see me. As long as I always got my work done, he had no problems with a catnap.

no, I never sleep on my desk. My desk is too hard, I'll be needing a real soft pillow..hhahaha...bottomline, don't sleep on your desk to get caught.
