Sorry this is a bit vague but when I was young a friend of my parents told of somone they knew that had sighted a cat like
ghost in their house.All I can remember is that it had long legs and possibly big eyes.They researched and found that local folklore said these sightings where usually linked to areas that used to be marshland.I've searched the net but couldnt find anything.(This was in the UK) Thanks.

No. But it's occuring to me that there are a lot more ghost- related stories in the UK as opposed to America-
Sorry I worded that as I don't believe them-I'm skeptical but at the same time I think there's a good possibility where there have been horrific endings to a life-as is the case in the UK and where the Civil War took place on the east coast but nothing about cats except they were in different ancient civilixations mythology (Egyptians, Mayans/Aztecs, African tribal religions)
