Do you believe in Ghosts? If so have you ever seen one or expirenced something you could not explain?

I was sitting in the living room with my girl friend ( now wife ) , Her father had recently passed away as he succumbed to Cancer , We have a huge mirror that encompasses the whole wall to our left and the TV is directly in front of us . We are both sitting on the sofa ( love seat ) . I catch from the corner of my eye in the mirror someone getting off the love seat and walk . I do a double take with my eyes . Ussually , on the second glance , whatever was there isn't there anymore , sometimes it's a figment of your brain - NOT this time , on my second glance , I witnessed my father in law ( in the mirror , mind you ) walk away from the sofa and proceed to the kitchen . I slowly got up and walked around , I wasn't really nervous , but was in a "wierd " way . My wife ( then Girlfriend ) asked if I was alright , to which I replied , " I think I just saw your dad " She wasn't upset and said when her mother died at the age of nine , Lots of stuff happened shortly after that . My parents ( who are Born agains ) didn't like the sound of this and their beleif was that it was demonic . The ask to pray in the house , to which my wife said yes . To my parents credit , nothing else ever happened in that house after my parents prayed . Eventually , we sold the house and my wife became a christian .
To this day , I can not describe how I felt in that instance . Words are useless

Yes, I do believe in "ghosts", and I belive IdahoMike is dead on. Ghosts are really demonic figures, and should be avoided when possible. I've seen and heard weird things. If you get a chance and you want proof, watch Ghost Hunters on the SciFi channel (on Wed. nights at 9pm E.T.). I don't want to go into detail about the show, but they catch some pretty amazing things on camera and on tapes. Some shows are more interesting than others as most places they visit aren't really "haunted". They caught a black figure walking the halls at the Eastern State Penitentary (in PA) on video. Probably the creepiest thing I've ever seen.

We are joined to the cerebral cortex, this
extends as a layer on the brain (in too),
all the way down the spine and up.
This forms an aura, nerve system and
memories.
When we die, the aura (us) attached
to the brain and spine, converts to an
orb of intense power, it folds so far
inwards on spacetime, it near enough
forms a spacial portal to another reign.
This is often called, the light.
Ghosts can't see, hear, feel nor make
official movement as they have no
computing brain or stem to connect to.
I am not sure too much on the spacial
portal, I think that's more religious.
All this dialog is real facts. People
have exited their bodies and entered
others, this was proven by revealing the
other person's deepest secrets and
returning to the normal body, this is
also apart of physical astral projection.
I call it astral interaction. OOBE or OBE,
out-of-body-experiences.
I have had OOBEs and have witnessed
real ghosts.

I lived in Okinawa for almost 2 years. You'd be hard pressed to come away from that island without a belief in ghosts... On my base is the only house in the militarty deemed unlivable due to haunting. 3 different families died there. A ghost woman washes her hair in the sink, and a Samurai rides through the house in full battle regalia every day. The house was even cut down where he rides through to see if that would stop it- nope another family died there, and a cop pulled a gun on his partner. Now it's used as a storehouse for the USO. There's no more electricity, but you can still se lights there

Yes and yes. I've seen.. quite a few since I've been a child. Disturbing amounts of them.

I've gotten into the habit of seeing ghost vehicles, too... I'm assuming from really bad wrecks.

There are no such thing as "ghosts"... as in the spirits of the dead coming back or sticking around... what people see as ghosts are, in fact, evil spirits which can mimic the departed... the forces of evil know all about every one and can make themselves appear like any one they want... they can even tell you where grandpa buried the family jewels... any contact with such forces is dangerous.... you should not mess with that stuff... if you see what you think is a ghost go the other way.... yes I have had encounters... once, before I came to know The Truth of God I came very close to being possessed by one... since I have been one of God's I have been attacked twice by unseen but very real forces... the good thing is now that I can not be possessed as I belong to God... but the forces of evil can cause harm... so avoid them.

yes i believe in ghosts and spirits and yes i even believe in God,,My nephews brakes quit working when he was flying down a hill; and as soon as he got near our house' the bike stopped , He should of been really hurt or even dead as he was going at least 20 miles an hour down a steep hill.I believe it was angels that stopped his bike and his mom had just died 2 weeks before this happened.m,.,

Yes. one time me and my cousin were outside at night playing and i had my digital camera with me and i took a picture of her and when i downloaded it on my computer i found two white dots on the picture next to her and i did some research and it was two orbs (spirits). people say when they feel cold spots it is because when spirits manifest they take energy.
